I really wanted to like this because the idea is great, but the bowl itself is kind of frustrating. It feels too shallow, so my dog ends up splashing and spilling water all over the floor every time he drinks. It’s also a pain to clean around the edges. I reached out hoping for some advice or follow-up, but never heard anything back, which was disappointing. It technically works, but for the price I expected something a lot more practical.

I opened the package and it was a different size than what I ordered. Not sure how that happened, but it wasn’t the one I chose, so now I have to deal with exchanging it or whatever

It’s good stuff overall, I liked it enough. Just wish the shippng was a bit faster, but other than that it was fine.

I was disappointed with the spill resistance. I had a small water spill and it soaked in way faster than I expected, which made cleanup more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I also felt like when I brought it up, nobody really read what I was saying. If you have messy pets, I wouldn’t buy this again.

I was already frustrated when I reached out about the warranty, and the whole process just made it worse. I’m still waiting for help and haven’t gotten much of a response so far.

I ordered from springerpets.com and wasn’t too impressed. The package showed up in a really flimsy box that was already half crushed, with barely any padding inside. One of the items had scuff marks on it before I even got it fully out of the packaging. I also found the communication unclear, which made the whole thing more annoying because I wasn’t sure what to expect or when. For pet products, I really expected everything to be packed with a bit more care. Not a great first experience

I got this for my dog’s water bottle and it’s been working fine so far. The water smells and tastes clean, and I haven’t noticed any weird little bits. It did need a quick rinse at first, but overall I’m happy with it.

I was really disappointed with the size options. I tried figuring out the measurements and going through all the steps to pick the right one, but none of the sizes ended up fitting my dog properly. It felt like way too much effort for something that still didn’t work.

I grabbed this for road trips with my dog, and it’s been damn useful in the car. Cuts down on the mess, and I don’t have to keep pulling over every five minutes just to give him water like some kind of chauffeur for a furry little freeloader. Took off one star because the little dummy needed a bit of time to figure it out, but once he did, it worked great

I really wanted this to work, so I gave it a try hoping it would finally take care of the odor. At first I thought maybe it was helping a little, but quickly the smell came right back. it just felt like I spent the money for nothing.

The bottle look handy at first, but it just doesn’t hold enough water. I had to refill it twice during one short walk, which was kind of annoying. If you has a medium-sized dog, this probably isn’t the best pick.

I was able to find what I needed, so it did the job for me, but the site felt a bit clunky in places. Some pages loaded slower than I’d like, and I had to poke around the menu a bit because it wasn’t super clear to me. Checkout was fine, thankfully, but I’d definitely prefer it to be smoother on mobile since that’s usually how I shop.

Returning my order ended up being such a hassle. I kept thinking, wait, am I missing a step here? The instructions weren’t very clear, so I found myself going back and checking over and over just to figure out what I was supposed to do next.

Then the refund took longer than I expected, and the replies felt slow too. At that point I was like, okay, this is way more stress than it’s worth. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the return process a lot easier

I picked up the Springer bottle for dog walks, and at first I was like, okay, this is actually convenient. It was easy to carry, my dog figured it out right away, and for a bit it felt like one of those little things that makes walks smoother.

But then after a few weeks it started leaking in my bag, which was... not great. The clip also started feeling kind of flimsy and loose quickly, like it just wasn’t built to handle regular use, or maybe I expected too much, I don’t know.

For the price, I really thought it would hold up longer. It technically works, and the idea is good, but the durability just isn’t there for me. I wanted to like it more, but yeah, 2 stars feels about right

I got this mainly for taking my dog on walks, and the battery has been better than I thought it would be. I’m still kind of confused how it lasts as long as it does, because I figured I’d be charging it constantly, but it’s more like every few days. It’s not perfect, but so far I’m happy with it.
